1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include your order number and, where possible, a brief description of the reason for your request, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging whenever possible. For hygiene reasons, gel pens that have been opened, used, or applied cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not match its description.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, or once your withdrawal request is validated, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable law.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For withdrawals not related to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of your request.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used hygiene-sensitive items (such as gel pens that have been applied) are non-returnable, except where the product is faulty or not as described, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection law.
8. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including your right to a conforming product.
